| The
Missionary Advisory Council promotes overseas mission within The
Evangelical Fellowship of Congregational Churches in the United Kingdom.
We encourage local churches to send out missionaries, either through other established Christian missionary organizations, or independently, and to promote concern for, and interest in, mission amongst EFCC churches. |

Approximately 150 Christian missionaries are supported by EFCC churches, working with 60 partner organizations. We also have links with established churches in Bulgaria, Brazil, Micronesia (tiny islands in the Pacific Ocean!) and Portugal. |

| The Mission Advisory Council consists of members and ministers from EFCC churches across the United Kingdom. | Some members of the Council have previously served overseas as missionaries; others are from churches with an established commitment to overseas mission. | The Council meets three times a year, and publishes prayer guides to assist local churches. |
